We understand that providing a great service and maintenance for our carts is essential for our clients to enjoy the Coast experience. We want our clients to be out on the road, enjoying the open air with their family and friends.

We are headquartered in Mount Pleasant, SC and have our own service division providing service to Charleston County and the surrounding areas. This is a huge advantage to our competitors who rely on 2nd and 3rd party service. These carts are not serviced directly resulting in long wait times.

We want our customers enjoying the Coast lifestyle, not bringing their carts to dealers and waiting for service.

Our service is mobile in the Charleston area and we come to your location to service your cart. We also partner with mobile LSV service providers across the country. Coast strives to have the strongest mobile LSV golf cart service network available for our customers.
Warranty
All new Coast vehicles come standard with a 3 Year manufacturer limited warranty on parts and lithium-ion batteries. Bolt Energy 72 Volt Lithium Ion batteries include a 10 Year manufacturer's limited warranty from Bolt Energy directly. Coast EV manufacturer warrants each Coast branded golf cart sold by Coast or any of its authorized dealers or distributors worldwide, to be free of defects from the date of sale within warranty time frame of 3 years. Subject to the issues below, Coast EV will repair or replace the parts of the cart if the components in question are manufacturing defects, defective in materials or workmanship. The Coast EV manufacturer warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, excessive wear and tear or misuse.

All expenses incurred in transporting the vehicle to and from Coast EV or an authorized dealer will be the sole responsibility of the cart owner unless otherwise noted by the service provider.
Exclusions for coverage would include the following:
Lack of Maintenance
Damage or malfunction from adding after market accessories.
Undercharging cart battery regularly
Battery failure due to third party outside electrical source of wiring issue
Tampering with the charger or charger algorithm
